We steward precious resources by finding more sustainable solutions. **Job Summary** TYLin is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide support for marketing activities to the global pursuits team. Exercises independent judgment with close supervision and mentorship. Drives tasks that are part of the larger pursuit effort, partnering with technical leadership, subconsultants, and the pursuit manager. **Responsibilities & Qualifications** **Key Responsibilities** + Develops and maintains marketing information systems (client files, resume and project description files, mailing list, etc.). + Provide support for marketing efforts, including proposals, general marketing correspondence, and government forms. + With direction, completes government forms and assembles qualification packages of existing marketing materials. + May draft general proposal sections and supporting graphics. + Assists with other duties as assigned. **Typical Abilities and Attainments** + Demonstrates a strong desire to continuously improve skills and knowledge, with aspirations to take on greater responsibilities within the organization. + Maintains a solid understanding of the firm’s marketing strategies, technical capabilities, and overall brand positioning. + Possesses excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and professional business writing style. + Highly proficient in word processing, with working knowledge of desktop publishing tools and other relevant software programs. + Communicates effectively, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. + Brings foundational graphic design skills to develop proposal infographics and support visual content. + Performs well under pressure and collaborates effectively with diverse teams in deadline-driven environments. + Takes full ownership of assigned tasks when provided with clear direction and objectives. + Demonstrates resourcefulness and contributes meaningfully to both the conceptualization and execution of marketing initiatives. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field preferred. + At least with 2+ years of relevant work experience. + Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is a plus. + Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and writing skills are essential. + Must be proficient in using MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat). **Additional Information** TYLin Group’s Asia Pacific offices provide technical innovations and professional services, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, seismic engineering, and planning.
