What will you do?Partner with player rewards department to create email campaigns, digital signage, social media adverts, and other promotional activitiesManage marketing communications, implement scheduled promotions, and distribute the materials to the relevant departmentOrganize and distribute promotional materials and items for giveaways, as well as decorations for events and promotionsMaintain and update the marketing calendar and note project timeline milestonesPlan promotional rules and procedures adhering to state gaming requirements and formatsSource, research, and maintain relationships with suitable vendors for promotional inventory and prizesSet up and break down the promotional stage according to the schedule. Ensure the promotional stage, booth, work terminals, and inventory storage areas are clean, organized, and fully equippedCarry out all drawings, giveaways, tournaments, and both gaming and non-gaming promotions/eventsPrepare all related documentation, including prize slips, promotional logs, winner release forms, and other necessary paperwork
