Are you passionate about strategic marketing and communications in the institutional investment space? As a Marketing & Communications specialist for Institutional Solutions (Institutional Consulting & OCIO), you will lead RFP strategy, develop integrated marketing campaigns, and elevate the firm’s brand across institutional audiences. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance client engagement.
• Manage end-to-end RFP responses, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions aligned with the firm’s value proposition.
• Lead RFP strategy, including platform selection, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to support Institutional Consulting and OCIO.
• Create thought leadership, client communications, and digital education content in partnership with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with content standards and annual collateral reviews.
• Advise senior leadership on messaging, positioning, and client engagement strategies.
• Plan and execute FA/IC and client events, conferences, and educational forums.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including websites, social media, email campaigns, and multimedia content.
• Collaborate with investment, legal, compliance, and product teams to ensure accurate and compliant communications.
• Analyze marketing metrics and client feedback to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify target markets and prospects using STAAT and other data sources.

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $135000 to $175000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
