You will collaborate with the leadership team to drive company-wide initiatives and ensure consistent branding. Every day as a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will... + Oversee the administrative and marketing areas of the organization + Develop, prepare, and maintain presentation documents for customer and leadership-level presentations + Collaborate in projects involving other departments to support company-wide initiatives + Support company wide internal and external communication efforts + Oversee the development and implementation of social media strategies and other branding opportunities for the company + Coordinate off-site meeting including venue communication, travel, lodging, and activities + Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team as needed To thrive in this role, you must... + Be passionate about process improvement + Demonstrate the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization of work + Have excellent written and verbal communication skills + Have prior marketing or graphic design experience with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; prior leadership experience is preferred + Have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products.
