About the Role
We are looking out for a highly driven, passionate and experienced Marketer to develop and drive innovative integrated marketing strategies and campaigns leveraging on consumer/ market insights to achieve business objectives.Responsibilities
Conceptualise, develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns to achieve business objectivesDevelop, launch and optimise ROI-driven advertising campaigns across the digital landscape including search, social, display, mobile and other online marketing channelsWork closely with internal stakeholders to develop the right customer propositions for products and ensure consistent delivery of messaging across all customers' communication touch pointsMonitor and review effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns and any other marketing initiatives for optimised resultsWork closely with Campaign Managers to develop the right campaign proposition for different customer segments and ensure consistent delivery of messaging across all customers’ touch pointsLead and develop effective online and offline product/campaign marketing assets and ensure timely implementation of campaignsConduct propositions/ideas/concepts testing with customers and distribution channelsProactively find opportunities within the marketplace and stay on top of industry and market trends to generate new ideas and ensure effectiveness of customer propositionsUse data and insights to drive marketing decisions and refresh customer propositions to optimise resultsEnsure all marketing materials are compliant and applicable with regulatory requirementsManage the day-to-day operational activities associated with all marketing efforts, including project management, creative development, cross functional implementation, campaign analysis, tracking and reporting as necessaryWork closely with key internal and external stakeholders including vendors, creative and media agencies for all aspects of campaignsEducational/Minimum Job Requirements:
At least 5 years’ proven track record in managing and executing integrated marketing communication campaigns with minimum guidanceGood understanding or prior experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry will be an added advantage Obsess about customers, constantly listen, engage, and act for their benefit Ability to think big, work independently and have curiosity to discover ways to enable business outcomes Self-driven, good team player and proactive with excellent project management skills, strong relationship management and attention to details Creative problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and act decisively and independently Strong communication and analytical skills Good understanding of the insurance or financial productsAptitude for aesthetics and content writing is a plusBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
