What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
Stakeholder management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the markets, Ford central and local teams and thededicated agency teams (VML)
Distributor’s market management
Understand and keep up to date on Ford’s central comms strategies, in order to provide adequate supportto the markets’ local marketing activities. Maintain continuous and effective communication with the importers’ Marketing and Marketing
Communications colleagues in all relevant markets. Act as the primary point of contact for everyday marketing communications needs across the assigned
region proactively monitor importers’ markets’ communications activities, prepare analyses, and propose
corrective actions if necessary.
Brand and strategy Alignment
Control that all local marketing communications activities support business objectives and alignwith Ford’s strategyCollaborate with the importers’ and Ford teams to guarantee consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
To provide quality support to the markets the EDM-site and the EDM website are to be kept up to date.
Campaign Support
Proactively gather and address local market needs to ensure campaigns are executed according toFord’s guidelines and strategy. Coordinate with the central Ford Comms teams, the central VML agency (Poland) and
local VML agency (Hungary) for information, approvals and any specific requirements.Effective management of suppliers such as creative agencies
Budget and administration management
Supervise the Fixed marketing budget management, including market allocation and monitoring of themarkets communication spend. Manage tasks such as PO raising, invoicing, reconciliations and cost tracking to ensure compliance
with financial policies.
Event management
Organise and execute events as per business needs. Make sure that the events are delivered on time,on budget and meet the quality standards.
