Key Responsibilites
Responsible for developing the marketing communication strategy and maintaining the positive image of the company and its brand and value proposition in the minds of the customersEnsures relevant marketing communication strategy and plans align with global marketing, corporate, and country communications strategies and guidelinesResponsible for selecting relevant marketing communications tools, adapting, translating, and implementing, as required, to support sales initiatives and meet the company’s objectives in the local businessContributes to the development of inter-divisional/functional marketing initiativesAdapts and develops promotional activities using events, fairs, online communication campaigns, print media, and other communications vehicles to promote products, systems, and services across the lifecycleStimulates lead generation through advertising, sponsorship, and other promotional activitiesEnsures sound communication across multiple and appropriate trade media in line with the ABB communications framework to extend the company’s visibilityResearches, identifies, and selects external marketing communications service providersDefines quality and delivery targets of externally assigned activities, monitors ongoing progress, and resolves issues Ensures global targets and metrics for marketing communications initiatives are properly implemented and develops additional local measures, as required,Reviews and evaluates results upon completion of the activities, Maintains and encourages a positive and integrated network in internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovationQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, Journalism, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years’ experience in communications and marketing positionsProficient writing and editing skills. Lead and nurturing experience is important Marketing in automation sector knowledge is importantHighly collaborative leader who can work in a matrixed organizationExperience working in a multinational organizationGood command of English and TurkishHighly developed skills in project oversight, with experience in concurrently handling multiple projectsWe value people from different backgrounds.
