Marketing & Communications Manager
Job Description

The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for initiating and implementing marketing campaigns and partnerships, including CSR activities. He/she will report directly to the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications and will develop and execute marketing plans in line with strategies for Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a managerial role within the hotel industry. He/she should possess strong planning, writing, editing, presentation, project management, and organizational skills. Good communication skills, both oral and written, are also preferred. He/she should be proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, and have experience with media relations and crisis communications.

The Marketing & Communications Manager should conduct competitive market research and other necessary surveys. He/she will also assist in implementing Rosewood Hotel Group/Corporate Communications efforts, collaborate on ideas and content for digital and social media platforms, and develop marketing presentation formats and materials in line with brand guidelines.
