Job Description

As a Cardiology Informatics Marcom Manager, you will be part of a global team of marketing professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication campaigns and assets that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our Cardiology Informatics solutions. You will be part of an engaging team in an international environment working with business, functional and regional colleagues and healthcare providers across the globe.

Your role:

Drafting Marketing Campaigns: Support Cardiology Marketing Leader to develop marketing communication plans that align with business objectives and help the growth of our Cardiology Informatics portfolio.Positioning and Messaging: Support Cardiology Marketing Leader to ensure clear, compelling, and differentiated communication that resonates with cardiology audience.Content Creation: Collaborate with Product Marketing to create compelling, impactful positioning, messaging, and content for various channels, including digital, print, social media, events, and sales enablement, to effectively communicate the value of our cardiology solutions.Campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead generation, working with regions and markets.Performance Measurement: Monitor and review the performance of marketing initiatives to determine value and future strategies and investments by working strongly together with the local markets.Legal and Regulatory Review: Manage legal and regulatory reviews, working with clinical, legal, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure all marketing is accurate and compliantCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marcom, product management, sales, and regional marketing teams, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

You’re a right fit if:

Holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in strategic marketing principles.Brings at least 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing communications, ideally within the healthcare technology or medical device sector, with a proven ability to develop and execute impactful strategies and campaigns.Experienced in supporting New Product Introductions (NPI) and developing sales enablement materials; familiarity with medical device marcom is considered a strong asset.Demonstrates outstanding English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize cross-cultural teams in multinational and matrixed environments.Skilled in setting clear priorities, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and taking full ownership to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
