Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and strategic Hotel Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our branding and promotional efforts. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing internal and external communications, and enhancing the hotel’s reputation and visibility in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in marketing trends, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns that align with the hotel’s brand and business objectives.

·         Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, email campaigns, social media strategies, and online advertising.

·         Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to drive bookings and maximize profitability.

·         Foster relationships with media, influencers, and community partners to amplify the hotel’s presence.

·         Manage and produce engaging content for various platforms, including brochures, press releases, and blog posts.

·         Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

·         Ensure all communications are consistent with the hotel’s brand voice and values.

·         Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the market.

·         Plan and execute special events and promotions to enhance guest engagement and attract new clientele.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

·         Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the hospitality industry.

·         Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, social media management).

·         Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data effectively.

·         Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

·         Creativity, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Knowledge of emerging marketing trends and technologies.
