•Develop,proactivelymanageandimplementtheannualhotelmarketingplantoincludeeCommerce,brandandloyaltymarketingwithinbudgetguidelines
•DrivethedevelopmentofasoundB2BandB2Cstrategybysegmentforthehotel,inlinewiththeCommercialFocusprocess
•Responsibleformeasuringthesuccessofallmarketingactivities,promotionsandcampaigns,andproducingperformancereportsfor allkeystakeholders
•Managetherolloutofmarketinginitiativestosupportthehotelinmeetingtheirrevenuetargets,alsobyleveragingkeyfunctionactivityinRegionalMarketing,eCommerce,MarketingOperations,StrategicPartnershipsandHHonorsandthird\-partydistribution
•Oversee the execution of all promotional activities, whether local, regional or global, across all available channels, ensuring brand adherenceandeffectiveness
•EnsuresalesandF&Bteamsreceiveadequatemarketingsupport,andcollateralrequirementsaremet
•Alwaysbethebrandchampionensuringallcollateralconformstoagreedbrandstandardsandcontentiscompliantofcorporateguidelinesandwithinbudgetguidelinesacrossallmarketingactivities
