**The internship:** As **Marketing Communications Intern** for Stryker’s **Trauma & Extremities (T&E)** business in **Europe** , you will have an exciting learning opportunity to work on projects that support the execution of the communications strategy in alignment with the European Annual Marketing Plan. Internal communications: + Partner with the Brand Marketing Team to create impactful and engaging portfolio communications that align with Stryker's brand guidelines and tone of voice, tailored to the sales teams. + Collaborate with Graphic Designers to ensure all sales and marketing materials for our T&E business are available on internal platforms. + Support the T&E Medical Education team to strengthen internal awareness of the Medical Education program/initiatives, through content and internal communications support. External campaigns: + Support in ensuring that all focus brand campaigns are localized as per local market needs – by assisting in localizing content and webpages across European countries for our T&E portfolio, coordinating translations with translation agencies, etc. **What you need:** Required: + You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Digital or in any related field. **It is required to be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship (min. 6 months)** . + You are eligible to pursue an internship in The Netherlands. + You are eager to learn, creative, enjoy building relationships and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and sense of responsibility. + Proficiency in spoken and written **English** . Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
