As Marketing Communications Executive, you will support the execution of day-to-day marketing, digital, social media, and communications tasks across the hotel’s verticals—Rooms, Meetings & Events (M&E), and Food & Beverage (F&B). Working closely with the broader Marketing Communications team, you will contribute to content development, campaign rollouts, media tracking, and brand communications to help drive awareness, engagement, and bookings.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is creative, meticulous, and eager to grow in a dynamic hospitality environment. You will be given the opportunity to work across platforms, gain exposure to multi-channel marketing, and contribute meaningfully to the hotel’s positioning and guest experience.
What will I be doing?
As a Marketing Communications Executive, your responsibilities include:
- Campaign & Project Support:
o Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across Rooms, M&E, and F&B, including timelines, asset coordination, and internal communications.
o Support the roll-out of seasonal promotions, events, and guest-facing initiatives.
- Digital & Social Media
o Assist in managing and scheduling social media content across platforms, in line with the content calendar.
o Support content creation (copy, visuals, short-form videos), working with designers, agencies, and internal teams.
o Monitor comments and engagement on social platforms, flagging opportunities or issues to the team.
- Content Management & Brand Platforms
o Update and maintain content across the hotel website, third-party platforms (e.g., OTAs), and internal portals.
o Support content audits and ensure all listings, descriptions, and visuals remain up to date and aligned with brand standards.
- Media Monitoring & PR Support
o Track media coverage and compile reports for internal sharing.
o Assist in preparing media kits, press materials, and event guestlists.
o Support logistics for media hosting, influencer visits, and photography shoots.
- Collateral & Asset Development
o Coordinate production of marketing materials, menus, flyers, and signage with vendors and internal teams.
o Maintain the image and asset library in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Internal Communications & Admin
o Support development of internal marketing communications, stakeholder presentations, and internal decks.
o Assist in invoice processing, budget tracking, and supplier coordination
- Other Duties as Assigned
o Carry out any other duties or projects as directed by the Director of PR, Marketing Communications Manager, or Assistant Manager.
What are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive team player with strong execution skills, an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the marketing communications function.
1–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or digital content (hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B experience preferred).
Excellent writing and proofreading skills with a flair for storytelling.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with deadlines.
A keen aesthetic sense and basic design skills; experience with Canva, Adobe Suite or similar tools is a plus.
Comfortable with MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of digital platforms (e.g., CMS, Google Analytics) an advantage.
A positive, can-do attitude and strong team spirit.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
