Logan Health is looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to bring their expertise to the forefront—developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that inform, engage, and inspire. In this role, you’ll lead projects across digital and print platforms, collaborate with leaders across the organization, and help shape the voice and visibility of Logan Health in the community. What You’ll Do
Be a Brand Champion: Develop, coordinate, and execute strategic marketing and communications projects that support key initiatives and enhance the brand.
Create with Purpose: Write, edit, and proofread print and digital materials that inspire, inform, and engage diverse audiences.
Lead the Message: Manage internal and external marketing communications including the development of workplans and campaigns. for your assigned area(s).
Build Relationships: Work alongside organizational leaders and teammates to achieve established objectives
Measure What Matters: Set clear goals, track analytics, and optimize your strategies for impact.
Keep it Cohesive: Ensure consistency across all communications, from digital ads to printed brochures.

Detail-Oriented Pro: Your grammar is clean, your punctuation consistent, and your attention to detail top-notch.
Collaborative Spirit: Able to work independently or on a team, manage multiple priorities, and nurture connections with stakeholders.
Digital Fluency: Proficiency in MS Office required; Adobe Creative Suite a big plus. Experience with digital content creation and social media management preferred.
Marketing Know-How: A trusted advisor with strong grasp of marketing principles and integrated communication strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, marketing, communications, public relations or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 1 year of marketing/communications experience (healthcare experience a bonus).
Current driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)Schedule: This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional flexibility in hours may be required to support events and meet the needs of the organization.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
