The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong is currently hiring a Marketing Communications Coordinator.
**Job Summary**
+ Assist with in-room e-newsletter printing and creation, and ensure the hotel’s database is updated monthly.
+ Prepare key documents, including PowerPoint presentations for internal and owner communications.
+ Manage the MDAM Library and its recordings, ensuring press materials and media databases are current.
+ Collaborate with the Marcom team on cross-functional tasks, assist with English and Chinese press releases, event logistics, and invitations.
+ Generate media reports, including A-list coverage and media value for internal reporting, and provide media reports and clippings in both English and Chinese.
+ Prepare daily and monthly social media reports, assist with content creation, and respond to OTA reviews.
+ Upload new photos, help with hotel web page changes, and translate promotional material for bill inserts and the hotel website.
**Job Requirements**
+ University degree graduate
+ Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) verbal and written communication
+ At least 1-year experience in the Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
+ Competent in Microsoft Office
