Who You'll Work With

You'll join CRESA's Finance & Operations team, working alongside workplace strategists, communication specialists, and experience designers. Together, we challenge norms, redefine how employees interact with their workplace and create meaningful experiences.

What You will Be Doing

Internal Communications & Engagement

Develop and mange internal communication campaigns to promote CRESA initiatives:Collaborate with CRESA teams in TW (FM and PM teams), Singapore HQ and other DBS markets to ensure consistent messaging and event execution.Work with internal teams to align communication strategies.Manage external vendors for campaign execution.Explore interactive tools and channels to enhance employee engagement.Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize communication reach and effectiveness.Strengthen CRESA's branding and visibility:Prepare communication materials for CRESA spokespersons, ensuring message consistency.Plan and execute employee engagement activities, fostering a sense of community, especially in a hybrid work environment.Design and distribute EDMs to share workplace updates and key announcements.Conduct workplace and CRESA service satisfaction surveys.

Content Creation & Event Documentation

Assist with photography and video production for internal communication and engagement campaigns.Support office environment styling, including seasonal decorations.Lead or support bank-wide initiatives related to workplace transformation and employee experience.

Required Skills & Tools

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)

- Google Apps

- Adobe Acrobat Reader

- Canva

- Tableau

- Experience in corporate real estate or facilities management is a plus.
