This position will be a part of our Electromechanical (EMS) Group within ASSA ABLOY, located in the Phoenix Metro area and reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Communications. The EMS Group manufactures a broad range of access control and power supply technologies that provide security to commercial and industrial buildings.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
Assists in development of and implements product launch plans, commercialization activities, and content for the marketing implementation of new products. Works with engineering, product management, and sourcing teams on new product development initiatives. Resolves roadblocks and ensures timelines of new product introductions in accordance with target launch dates for optimal sales performance. Collaborates with cross-functional team members to contribute to overall product marketing strategy for assigned product categories to meet sales and profit objectives. Provides support for advertising, PR, email marketing, social media, collateral catalog, and price book development. Assists designers to keep websites current. Writes engaging product marketing materials and assures the marketing concepts align with the company's brand standards. Can critically review layouts and graphics, copy, and digital marketing. Monitors industry trends and analyzes current and past marketing data to help determine overall marketing strategy. Researches and analyzes the competition. Uses business systems to complete assignments. Contributes to efforts in identifying and implementing improvements.

Educational Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 3-5 years of marketing experience Strong project management multitasking and time management skills. This is a professional level non-supervisory position. Depending on the project, this position often coordinates multi-functional teams.
This is an in-office role in Phoenix, AZ. There is no remote work options.
