You would support our Adriatic and Black Sea countries European organization, with a primary focus on Bulgaria, Croatia. Romania, Serbia, Slovenia. Seniority: 1-2 years of experience **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following + In collaboration with sales and technical support, organize training sessions and webinars for partners, direct and indirect customers + Collaborate with local agencies to support the companies’ participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our brand and products. + In collaboration with sales and technical support, organize training sessions and webinars for partners, direct and indirect customers + Collaborate closely with the sales teams to develop and implement local sales and promotional campaigns that align with our partner’s collaboration plans. + Use internal generative tools to develop engaging content and materials to promote the sales promotions and company events and training sessions. + Regularly update the company website to ensure it reflects current campaigns, product information, and other relevant content. + Coordinate communication on specific communication channels, targeting indirect and direct customers. + Support the definition and implementation of marketing plans, aligned with Danfoss Hydronics’ strategies, in coordination with the Marcom Head for the South East Region. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
