You will be part of the Marketing & CMR team at Novo Nordisk Iran Affiliate. Our department is committed to executing impactful marketing initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service. The position:

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and coordinating all marketing and CMR activities, including event planning and logistics.Managing contracts such as speaker agreements, service agreements, and sponsorships, ensuring adherence to Business Ethics and local regulations.Handling administrative tasks, including calendar bookings, meeting arrangements, and event invoices, while serving as the technical backup for virtual marketing meetings.Preparing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), vendor briefings, and event invitations, and collaborating with sales managers to establish event key performance indicators (KPIs).Supporting department directors with minor analyses, slide preparation, and project engagement, as well as overseeing the archiving of contracts and proof of services.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.2 to 3 years of experience in coordinating and supporting cross-functional teams, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
