The Opportunity
We’re searching for a skilled and driven marketing campaign project manager to speed execution and drive efficiency in the development of priority marketing campaigns. These campaigns amplify our brand and increase demand for the Guidewire products that P&C insurers trust to support their most critical business operations . You will work closely with the marketing leadership team, colleagues from each marketing function, and senior stakeholders to ensure that campaigns are executed on time and on budget, and perform strongly against campaign goals. This position reports to Sr. Director, Demand Generation.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Build and manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional workflows

Maintain campaign calendars, ensure on-time delivery against stated milestones

Use project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) to keep stakeholders aligned

Manage campaign collaboration including meetings, asynchronous workstreams, and information/update sharing across campaign teams

Assist with tracking KPIs such as engagement rates and pipeline contribution

Provide regular, data-driven performance reports

Manage retrospective analyses including recommendations for future campaigns

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with exposure to field marketing or campaign execution

Strong organizational and communication skills

Familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Monday.com is a plus

Location:
We are open to a fully remote position, located anywhere in the United States The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $127,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
