Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on Marketing strategy and planningBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related disciplineMicrosoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing effortsUnderstanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred

Responsibilities

Bring marketing strategies to life by creating campaign visions and integrated marketing plansEngage and collaborate, and leverage agile principles in the successful creation and execution of marketing campaignsOversee the development of channel activation plans, including a client targeting strategy and customer journey mapping that outlines multi-touch activation points to broaden awareness, deepen engagement, and drive leads/pipelineDirectly engage with portfolio marketers, business leaders, and other stakeholders on campaign planning and executionMake recommendations on content strategy, development, and deployment, including derivative contentReview content and creative assets to ensure quality control for all projects against applicable standardsUnderstand the targeted outcomes and monitor ongoing campaign performance, recommending adjustments as needed
