Responsibilities Strong Design Skills: Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual and written storytelling.Creativity and Innovation: Ability to develop creative and engaging design concepts that align with the resort’s brand and target audience. Maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.Communication and Collaboration Ability to lead projects from concept to completion with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders, and to present design concepts, including copywriting and editing.Attention to Detail Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the design process, from initial concept to final production.Project Management Skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work within budget parameters, including photoshoots.Third Party Vendors: Work closely with third-party vendors, including printers, photographers, and designers, to create and curate content that reflects the resort’s unique atmosphere.Understanding of the Hospitality Industry: Familiarity with the specific design needs and trends within the hospitality industry.Passion, Integrity, and Energy! Qualifications At least 3-5 years in a creative design marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications.Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.Knowledge of Microsoft Teams.Experience in an Internet and Intranet environment is helpful.
