The purpose of the Marketing Automation Specialist role is to streamline and optimize inbound marketing processes, enhance user-to-user and customer-to-user conversion rates, and foster collaboration between Marketing and Sales teams.
Additionally, this role involves integrating CRM strategies, generating performance reports, refining email campaigns, and contributing to data-driven initiatives, all aimed at achieving more effective and efficient marketing outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Marketing Process Review: Review existing inbound marketing processes to identify areas for optimization and efficiency.Inbound Marketing Procedure Standardization: Create and maintain documentation to standardize and improve inbound marketing procedures.Collaboration with Sales: Build and sustain strong relationships with sales representatives to ensure seamless communication between the Marketing and Sales departments.CRM Strategy Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that CRM strategies and tools are fully integrated into the organization's overall approach.Campaign Performance Reports: Generate detailed campaign performance reports, focusing on key metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate.Data Selection and Segmentation: Assist in data selection and segmentation tasks, including the preparation of campaign criteria and verifying the compatibility of marketing automation systems.Email Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure email campaign performance, making data-backed recommendations for optimizations.Email Marketing Campaigns Enhancement: Work closely with the Content and Design teams to enhance the quality and effectiveness of email marketing campaigns.Customer-to-user Conversion Rate Optimization: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer-to-user conversion rates through targeted campaigns and personalized strategies.Create communication flows for each stage of the product-led customer journey, which include onboarding, engagement and retention.Lead Conversion Rate Optimization: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving lead conversion rates through targeted campaigns and personalized strategies.
