As a Marketing Associate at Stryker, you will support various sales training initiatives and programs. This role will be performed during working hours in EST and requires approximately 50% travel.
What you will do
Support sales training initiatives and programs throughout the yearSupport the on-label use and promotion of all productsSupport medical educational labsAct as Subject Matter Expert for Orthopedic Instruments applicable products/product lines and able to field technical questionsFamiliar with the field sales structure and the role of sales in the overall marketing mixCollaborate with product marketing, field marketing, marketing communications and sales teams to ensure flawless execution of programsDevelop metrics to demonstrate ROIAbility to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes, and improve current processesAbility to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a demanding environmentUnderstand basic budget management principlesUnderstand the various types of communications objectives and channelsIdentify the various types and formats of communication that are commonly used outside of the organizationUse appropriate scorecards to track resultsProvide examples of business measurements used in own areaSupport presentations to leaders, sales, and customersLead the execution of key customer engagements and events that support critical business needs, including ensuring compliance requirements are understood and observedDemonstrate ownership and integrity of workWhat you need
Bachelor’s degree requiredMBA preferred0+ years of work experience required$58,700 - $106,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.*
