PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Are you ready to build something from the ground up? This is not your typical marketing role. As the Marketing Associate for our new Biologicals business unit, you will be at the forefront of innovation in sustainable agriculture, helping shape Corteva’s newest portfolio across Vietnam and Cambodia.
This is a developmental role designed for individuals early in their marketing career who are eager to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact. You will gain exposure to the full spectrum of marketing—from strategy creation to hands-on execution—while being mentored by experienced leaders and working cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and regional teams.
Summary of What You’ll Be Doing
Build the Foundation: Help establish and grow Corteva’s biologicals portfolio in Vietnam and Cambodia—this is a greenfield opportunity to define how we go to market in a new space.Strategic Development: Support the creation of country-specific marketing strategies for key biological products, tailored to the unique needs of growers and markets in both countries.Execution Excellence: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, product launches, field days, and digital engagement efforts to drive awareness and adoption.Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, gather grower insights, and help identify unmet needs and market opportunities.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales teams, agronomists, regulatory, and regional marketing to ensure alignment and impact on the ground.Learn by Doing: From campaign design to brand building—you’ll be in the action, learning by doing in one of the most dynamic segments of agriculture.Summary of What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related role within the biological and nutrient products industry is beneficial but not mandatory.Strong understanding of biological and nutrient product development processes, including regulatory requirements and commercialization strategies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and a track record of achieving business objectives.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
