Marketing Associate, Emergency Care
As a Marketing Associate for Stryker’s Emergency Care team, you will help shape the future of life-saving innovations by supporting key marketing initiatives that drive commercial success. You’ll collaborate across teams to support sales enablement, deepen customer insights, and ensure our solutions remain competitive in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. **What you will do** + Assists in the implementation and execution of the marketing collateral and sales support program of an assigned product line or lines. + Support the execution of marketing plans and sales tools across assigned product lines. + Gather and relay customer insights and competitive intelligence to help shape product strategy. + Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on key products to support internal and external stakeholders. + Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to report marketing effectiveness. + Partner with sales to support training initiatives, promotions, and campaigns. + Assist in pricing strategy and ensure marketing aligns with margin goals. + Manage and maintain marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards. + Contribute to portfolio positioning through segmentation, targeting, and messaging support. + Support cross-functional teams by providing feedback on customer needs and usage trends. **What you need** Required + Bachelor’s degree Preferred: + Internship experience or relevant coursework with marketing or related field + Professional experience in marketing, sales, or related field $67,500 - $94,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
