Responsibilities Posts Stars and Stripes programs events to the installation population through bulletin boards, flyers, banners and steel-framed signs at roadside, email, installation facility guides, displays, promotional calendars and other media. Updates and changes advertising and promotional materials on a recurring basis. Operates Marketing Poster and Banner maker and reproduces banners and posters from supplied originals. Distributes Stars and Stripes advertisement and promotional material at approved locations and provides specific information on planned events to the general public and maintains a tracking system for work orders in order to meet deadlines. Assists as directed to support the annual calendar of Stars and Stripes events and activities. Under close supervision, will assist in creating content, make posts and analyze engagement on social media. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Ability to perform the duties described above. HIGHLY QUALIFIED CRITERIA: 1. Experience in Marketing and/or Advertising 2. Experience in Social Media Management 3. Preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
