Marketing Assistant
Description Inventory Management (40%) • Assist in order processing and maintaining inventory databases • Create Purchase Requisitions for Marketing and other departments • Help with maintaining swag inventory, allocations and intake • Ensure that swag and inventory are in inventory ahead of events and prepare them for deployment Administration (30%) • Responsible for sending out Marketing meeting invitations company wide • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism • Capture meeting notes and deliver meeting minutes to Marketing Team, manage meeting flow/timeline  Promotions/Marketing (30%) • Uploads In-Store Sales Event calendar to the company website for promotion • Actively look for ways to improve processes and bring new ideas • Support logistics and event planning for ISSE’s, Company owned events, MVE’s and trade shows • Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations Skills & Abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work in teams or on an individual basis • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of staff • Great organizational and problem-solving skills • Great communication skills • Detail-oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision • Familiarity with CRM software (ZenDesk, NetSuite) • Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) • Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Monday.com) Education & Experience Requirements • One to 2 years of related experience required • Associate’s degree in marketing, Business or related field preferred • Spanish speaking preferred Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30PM Up to $20 Temp / $21.50 - $24 Perm - Depending on experience and performance Please send your resume to: Jacqueline.Mejia@RobertHalf and call Jacqueline @ 786-698-7072 Requirements Email Campaigns, Event handling, Marketing Activities, Direct Marketing Campaigns, Social Media, Corporate Marketing TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
