Job Description
The Marketing Assistant supports day-to-day activities across proposals, marketing campaigns, CRM database management, internal communications, and event planning. This role provides entry-level exposure to all aspects of A/E/C marketing and proposal development.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in updating resumes, project data sheets, and CRM records.Support proposal development by gathering content, formatting, and proofreading.Create graphics and content for social media and email marketing.Help plan and coordinate firm events, tradeshows, and association involvement.Support internal marketing initiatives and administrative tasks as needed.Essential SkillsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar field.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.Willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a team environment.Strong written communication and proofreading ability.Valid driver’s license and local to the Phoenix area.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.Proposal writing, technical writing, and editing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.Knowledge in digital marketing, marketing strategy, and marketing communications.Experience in administrative support.Familiarity with RFP processes in the A/E/C industry.Understanding of construction and civil marketing.Work Environment
The role is based in a newly renovated office in Phoenix. As part of a large employee-owned firm, this position offers ample growth opportunities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
