Position Summary
The Marketing Assistant, Digital Economy will execute key initiatives and conduct data analysis to support delivery of our short- and long-term digital economy goals. This role will work cross-functionally and with external partners to ensure we are presenting optimal content to consumers during their shopping journey. This individual will help to evolve and improve our ways of working through the development and maintenance of new processes and tools, enabling efficiencies for our internal colleagues and agency partners.
Responsibilities
+ Support the Digital Economy Marketing Team’s delivery of digital economy results through execution of strategic plan initiatives.
+ Contribute to the development of objectives, strategies and tactics through analytics and a solid understanding of our brands and the competitive environment in which we participate.
+ Work cross-functionally and with external partners to coordinate online content optimization, including test and learns, content update cycle plans, audit coordination, and ensuring content readiness.
+ Coordinate and document the development of new processes, tools, and ways of working to enable increased efficiency and knowledge sharing across the organization.
+ Partner with external agencies to coordinate meetings and to develop and maintain shared tools.
+ Manage digital economy budget, supporting day-to-day budget administrative tasks – create purchase orders, review invoices, manage monthly accruals, etc.
+ May also perform additional duties as assigned.
What we are looking for
+ Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
+ Strong analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills
+ Self-starter with strong desire to learn
+ Action-oriented with ability to manage several projects with quality execution and on time delivery
+ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
+ Ability to work primarily in the central time zone
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
+ CPG experience is an asset
+ Knowledge in and experience with digital economy is an asset
+ Experience with the global marketplace is an asset

Total Rewards Package
The salary range for this position is USD $57,000.00/Yr. - USD $75,000.00/Yr.
Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
