Marketing and Special Projects Manager
Overview Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC (MRG), a leading real estate development and property management firm, is seeking a seasoned Marketing and Special Projects Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across our corporate, multifamily, and commercial real estate portfolio. This dynamic role blends high-level marketing leadership with hands-on project management, with a strong focus on digital marketing and cross-functional collaboration. This position is ideally structured as a full-time internal role, but we are open to considering a part-time contractor arrangement for the right senior-level candidate with compatible engagements in non-competing industries. Key Responsibilities + Strategic Marketing Execution: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate the MRG brand across all platforms, with emphasis on digital marketing, brand consistency, and targeted outreach for residential and commercial properties. + Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects, including those involving the company’s primary property management software platform and other internal initiatives. + Digital Leadership: Drive online marketing performance through SEO, social media, content creation, PPC campaigns, and email marketing. Monitor metrics and analytics to optimize campaign performance. + Creative Vendor Collaboration: Partner with outside vendors and freelancers in photography, videography, graphic design, web development, and more to ensure top-quality marketing assets. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, leasing teams, leadership, and IT to align marketing initiatives with operational goals. Requirements  Compensation & Benefits  Requirements + Minimum 10 years of agency or client-side experience in account management, marketing strategy, or a related leadership role. + Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms, CRM, PPC, and survey tools). + Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines. + Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with attention to detail. + Proven interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. + Creative mindset with a strategic eye for branding and current marketing trends. + Experience with or understanding of commercial real estate, especially multifamily, is a plus but not required. + Existing vendor relationships in key areas such as design, photography, video production, and development are highly desirable. + Strong skills in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
