Marketing Manager is a member of the Consumer Engagement team responsible for leading the Consumer Loyalty & Engagement Strategy within PMF. This implies leading the long-term strategy / plan and short-term implementation of our new Consumer lifetime value & Loyalty program within our consumer full digital ecosystem, looking for maximizing consumer lifetime value, building engaging 1:1 experiences through data & technology while becoming more relevant & precise, accelerating business at scale, generating advocates to our brand initiatives and brand programs. Your Impact As Brand Assoc Manager your scope will consist of: Lead to deliver Loyalty Strategy across platforms, bringing it to live and proving value to the business by incremental enriched data collection and Consumer lifetime value incrementality. Consolidate consumer ecosystem vision and strengthen technology capabilities. Guarantee data acquisiton goals and activations. Work with main stakeholders and external partners to deliver value to consumers through technology and data. Lead budget planning and execution. Partner with brands to inspire and motivate them to be an active part of Loyalty ecosystem, by proving value to them and building trusting relationships, and partnering on the manage of PEP unique assets Align the strategy with local, regional and Global teams ensuring the best negotiations of every part and for the market. Support the AOP process for Functional and Marketing areas Create and deliver platform brand strategy and equity to position it in the market as a digital product. Lead to deliver strong data-based loyalty strategy to generate advocates for brands and brand programs. Lead the consumer value proposition to retain consumers.
