As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you’ll work across the full marketing and communications mix—owning key initiatives, collaborating with agencies, and ensuring our messaging is consistent, compelling, and customer-focused.

Proven experience in a broad marketing or communications role.Strong campaign planning and execution skills.Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) and customer engagement strategies.Understanding of PR principles and media relations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for persuasive, brand-aligned messaging.Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data and dashboards.Solid project management and organisational abilities.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and ESPs.Resilience and proactivity in navigating a corporate environment.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Our preferred requirements:

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
