Marketing and Communication Manager (m/f)
Bayer S.p.A. is looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Communication Manager to join our Pharmaceutical Marketing Team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Customer Experience (CX) and Omnichannel engagement and will initially focus on the Women Health Therapeutic Area.
He/she will integrate strong marketing skills with a deep understanding of customer interaction with the brand, ensuring that every touchpoint contributes to a positive and consistent experience offline and online.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the development and execution of marketing product strategies and create the brand plan, integrating CX and omnichannel principlesAnalyze the market environment, competitive landscape and insightsCollaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Sales, Market Access, Analytics and all other teams to design and implement customer-centric solutionsTranslate customer insights into actionable product features and engagement strategiesDefine and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of online and offline initiativesDrive the creation of customer personas and journey maps to inform product development and communication strategiesBuild omnichannel campaigns for specific targets, leveraging marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud - SFMC)Champion a test-and-learn culture through pilots and experimentation across channelsSupport the transformation from reactive to value-driven CX by embedding customer feedback loops and continuous improvement mechanismsContribute to the evolution of experiential eventsControl budget spending and ensure effective managementDevelop and manage projects to implement tactics aligned with the product activation phaseBe an active contributor in global brand meetings and in local marketing teamsCarry out all the above tasks and activities in accordance with local laws, company procedures and the Farmindustria Code of EthicsBe responsible for defining and balancing all channels (digital and non-digital) to be used in campaignsBe a subject matter expert to promote marketing skills within the organization and an active contributor to the Marketing Chapter teamIdentify and manage relationships with agencies and vendors ensuring compliance with Bayer standardsBe responsible for scouting new trends in marketing plans and sharing them with the Marketing ChapterBe innovative, stay up to date with market developments, and monitor competitor activities
WHO YOU ARE:
Degree in Marketing, Economics or Business ManagementAt least 6 years of marketing experience gained in international companies or in marketing and communication agenciesProven experience in managing lead generation campaigns, relationship marketing, remote detailing, digital promotion, online promotion and event managementUnderstanding of forecasting activities and fundamental financial principlesCreative Thinking and problem-solving attitudeExcellent communication and storytelling skills to engage internal and external stakeholdersExperience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaborationAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic actionsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to meet deadlinesProven VACC leader: Visionary, Architect, Catalyst and CoachEntrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approachDigital skills with excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, generative AI tools, and marketing automation platformsResidence or domicile in Lombardia is preferredFluent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Italian mother tongue
