We’re currently seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Headquarters team!
In this role you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the analysis of marketing, pricing, and membership data to develop optimal marketing strategies, and enhance overall business performance. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, market trends, and ROAS. This is a key role that promotes partnership and drives influence within the organization for profitable growth.
What You Will Do:
Lead Marketing Initiatives Analytics: Oversee all aspects of marketing performance analysis, including brand, membership, and personalized/lifecycle marketing. Develop & execute marketing strategies based on performance data across all media channels including digital, social, and traditional. Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear format Campaign Optimization: Work closely with the Marketing department to design, implement, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights Data Analysis & Reporting: Influence the organization by gathering, processing, and analyzing complex sets of marketing data. Develop actionable insights from key performance indicators such as customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Use data visualization tools to build and maintain dynamic dashboards that track marketing performance across different platforms (e.g., social media, email, paid search) to drive profitabilityPricing & Promotions: Maintain and understand our company’s and competitors’ pricing structures and provide price changes & promotion recommendations with impact analysis Planning & Forecasting: Provide data-driven forecasts and recommendations to support future marketing spend and campaign strategies. Use historical data and predictive analytics to identify trends and opportunities
How You Will Shine:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis, preferably in a multi-unit or subscription environment Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Domo, Tableau, Power BI) Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) Ability to analyze complex data sets, extract key insights, and communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data processing and reporting Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues and identifying opportunities
