Marketing Analytics Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to lead the strategic development, implementation, and analysis of our marketing analytics. In this crucial role, you'll drive data-informed decisions, optimize our digital presence, and maximize the impact of our B2B marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a strong grasp of digital marketing best practices. You'll be responsible for tracking the performance and effectiveness of marketing tactics and communications across the USRBU. Key functions include monitoring, measuring, and analyzing all marketing performance data, such as lead flow, website performance, campaign results, content effectiveness, and lead scoring. You'll deliver actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and help the team achieve its goals.

Responsibilities

Marketing Analytics: Gather, analyze, and interpret marketing data from diverse sources like website analytics, CRM systems, and database management platforms. Develop comprehensive reports, scorecards, and dashboards to track key marketing metrics and KPIs across all channels (website, social media, email, paid advertising). Communicate campaign insights, optimization strategies, and recommendations to marketing teams through compelling, data-driven stories. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data used.Campaign Measurement & Optimization: Collaborate with portfolio marketers and demand generation teams to design and implement robust campaign tracking and measurement methodologies. Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and proactively optimize effectiveness for future planning.Marketing Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies for portfolio marketers. Work closely with portfolio marketers and demand generation to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing activities. Contribute to the development of marketing plans and budgets.

Essential Functions

Develop and present monthly metric reports to the executive team.Complete comprehensive quarterly ROI reporting with actionable enhancement recommendations.Conduct campaign-level reporting and collaborate with Campaign Managers and Portfolio Marketers to improve campaign performance.Develop ad hoc reporting for high-priority projects as needed.Track competitive tactical tools and their market effectiveness, providing insights into our performance against benchmarks.Research and present new marketing techniques or concepts for team consideration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, including experience in enterprise B2B marketing or for a B2B digital agency.Experience within Healthcare and/or Life Sciences is a plus.Proven experience with advanced analytics reporting and managing large data sets.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).Google Analytics Certification is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Highly proactive, independent, and possessing excellent organizational skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $75,600.00 - $189,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
