Marketing Analytics and Intelligence Lead, Seller Marketing
The Seller Marketing team is responsible for driving seller acquisition to all categories available on the marketplace. We own both strategy and execution of Marketing channels and programs. We are looking for a Marketing Analytics and Intelligence Lead to drive demand and support growth of Amazon Marketplace in Mexico. This role will own our reporting mechanisms and will build in-depth analyses to drive better decision making across our org.

You will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within the Seller Marketing team. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that will optimize the performance of our marketing strategies to accelerate new seller acquisition. You will make recommendations that include business insights and investment improvements among other initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, collaborative, self-starter, with strong customer focus, used to working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The candidate has proven success of building reporting mechanisms, analyzing data to drive decision making, and with strong SQL knowledge.

Key job responsibilities
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor campaigns and investments
- Analyze and convert raw data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership
- Maintain and improve reporting mechanisms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product to align analytics efforts with overall business goals
- Run experimentation to learn and improve results
