To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the position of Marketing Senior Analyst - Rare Disease.
Key Activities:
Facilitate Integrated Tactical Plan execution, integration, and alignment across Rare Disease Organizations
Report to Rare Disease Marketing Solutions Lead
Collaborate with sales leadership and other internal stakeholders to optimize field execution by collaborating on the design and implementation of incentive compensation plans and sales contests,
Execute the Qualitative/ Quantitative field insight reporting plan with the Marketing Lead.
Lead Brand execution, integration, and alignment with the Rare Disease Organization and UCB projects including, Digital Business Transformation, CRM logistics/ Analytics, and customer targeting tools, Medical Affairs administrative support, and other corporate strategy and innovation initiatives.
Lead in the planning and execution of Patient Impact and Launch Bootcamps
Coordinate go-to-market strategies and launch plans as necessary to include but not limited to:
Participate in the development of commercial (sales) footprint/reach & frequency strategy
Work in collaboration with Talent and other partners such as Global Mission to develop a commercial training program in preparation for launches
Develop and prepare launch meeting event, integrating at-home & real-time training certification
Manage budgets relative to respective to owned initiatives
Ensure collaboration with Compliance & Legal across all planning and execution
Works across therapeutic areas to share best practices and build launch excellence within UCB
Challenge traditional approaches, fostering innovation in training and digital capabilities via cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, medical, commercial, training etc.)
Demonstrate personal leadership to fully execute UCB’s Patient Value operating model.
Contributes to the creation of a strong Rare Disease culture across the Patient Value Unit that supports the UCB vision, mission, and Patient values and measures performance to establish a sustainable competitive advantage
Lead the materials operation process with Marketing and promotional agencies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or science, finance, or business.
Fluent English;
Reside in São Paulo:
