Your Future Team The Marketing & Communications team contributes to shaping AIG's corporate reputation, global brand and valuation in the marketplace and supporting AIG’s businesses to help strategically position them for continued growth and profitability. Our multi-disciplinary global team acts as an in-house “agency” – deploying high-quality external and internal campaigns and events that inspire, inform and engage our colleagues, clients, partners and other stakeholders. Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the role will oversee Marketing & Communications for the country. This role will be part of AIG’s Latin America and Caribbean regions Marketing Leadership Team. What you need to know: + The selected candidate will mainly support the Marketing Coordinator, but also assume other responsibilities within the Marketing & Communications structure, like internal and external Communications and Digital. + Under the main Marketing responsibilities, the candidate will work with distribution and product teams in order to prepare performance reports for the broker sales incentive campaigns, coordinate online and offline training sessions for brokers and clients, prepare PPT presentations, support online and offline internal events organization, support online and offline events directed to brokers and clients, select and develop marketing, gifts, events and other services and goods suppliers. + With regards to Communications, the candidate shall be able to prepare excellent and creative written materials, such as leadership messages, collaterals, online texts for brokers and partners. In addition, the candidate is expected to support keeping the online communications channels updated, such as App's, boards and intranet pages. What we are looking for: + Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising or related field preferred + Experience in B2B marketing + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Excellent interpersonal relationship + Practical experience in organizing events and deliver campaigns + Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment + Intermediate English Skills.
