Make your mark in Marketing How you will create an impact + Create, manage, monitor and execute campaigns. will work with distribution and product teams in order to prepare performance reports for the broker sales incentive campaigns + Develop and execute event that align with business objectives and drive attendance and engagement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of events, including vendor management and logistics. + Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. + Analyze events and campaigns performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations. + Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and vendors. What you’ll need to succeed + Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, advertising or related field preferred + Experience in B2B marketing + Practical experience in organizing events and deliver campaigns + Analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, exceptional communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills / team player + Organization skills for general planning with emphasis on time management and resources + Familiar with reporting tools, experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) + Advanced English Skills.
