The rol is in charge of coordinating the execution of the Loyalty engagement strategy and calendar converting necessities into actionables with clear consumer value. Along with that, is also in charge of aligning main internal and external cross-functional stakeholders with the engagement activation calendar, JOY brand strategy and Digital deployment. Your Impact As Marketing Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Coordinate to deliver and deploy the Brands’ Engagement calendar cross platforms. Guarantee recurrency in ecosystem platforms through communication and innovation. Work with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to deliver value to consumers through technology. Execute budget planning along with partners contracts. Coordinate JOY brand strategy and equity executing to position it in the market as a digital product. Ensure to execute the consumer value proposition to retain consumers within JOY and make them loyal to our brands though experiences cross channels. Coordinate the Always on rewards catalog to offer continuous value to consumers. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Professional 1 year of experience in technology industry, massive consumer goods or related. 1 year of experience working with Digital Products or consumer centric projects is desired. Proven analytical and insights-generation skills to bring cross industries best practices into the business. Executional mindset and results oriented. Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills. Leadership Capable to coordinate cross-functional teams to execute plans. Negotiation skills across organization regardless of seniority level. Written, verbal communication skills (English and Spanish). Personality Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional teams influence. Continuous seeker of opportunities and improvements. Resourceful, creative in removing impediments. Enabling, passionate about helping others. Openminded, to accept and promote different points of view and cultures. Inspiring, generates enthusiasm and energy in others. Nurturing, enjoys helping teams and individuals develop and grow. Empathic, sensitive to those around them. Disruptive, breaks the status quo, help create a new way of working. Educational Professional / Bachelor in Marketing, Information Technology, Bachelor in Business, Economics or related. Diploma or studies related to Digital or customer centricity is a plus. English and Spanish fluent professional is required. Differentiating Competencies Required Understanding of Digital Marketing. Brand Marketing Understanding. Decision making and problem solving oriented. Strong strategy thinking/skills.
