Let’s Talk About This Position

 

Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Manager Latin America, the role will support all activities related to marketing campaign and programs management, ensuring ongoing integrated marketing strategies and current activities are supported.

This role requires a motivated and action-oriented professional with experience in the medical devices industry.

 

He/She will:

Organize and support Integrated Marketing Campaigns and programs as applicable across sales channels and heath care professionals

Have a deep knowledge of ResMed products and solutions portfolio and how it compares to competition, being responsible for the campaigns and programs management, analyzing its performance (data, KPI and feedback) to contribute with the strategy and decision-making

Act as the main local point of contact for the sales teams with respect to the needs of the business and its relations with programs and campaigns

Be part of the construction of the integrated marketing campaigns for HMEs and HCPs, helping communicate to the teams and stakeholders

Provide ongoing support to sales teams, from a campaign and programs perspective for the sales channels and Health Care Professionals

Coordinate and implement promotional marketing campaigns for different stakeholders and markets, developing and coordinating the creation, production, and delivery of marketing materials in synergy with other related areas (commercial, clinical, etc)

Function as marketing support for key trade shows, medical congresses and HME´s events and workshops.

Interface with external vendors (identify and select the most accurate ones depending on the strategy) and control budget according defined in the planning phase

Recommend and lead the implementation of continuous process improvements as it relates to marketing

Budget control for related initiatives

Adopt and develop promotion materials including translation coordination, adjustments and printing while partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Lead market material adoption and usage by the field team and coordinate any adjustments needed, including new material creation

Monitor and advocate for branding adoption in the creation of marketing collaterals and campaigns

 

Let’s Talk About You

Must have a college and/or University degree

Experience in marketing and/or sales in the medical device industry preferred

Analytical skills, strategic thinking and commercial acumen to effectively position and promote the integrated marketing campaigns

Project management and communication skills are desirable

Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Intermediate English is mandatory; Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish is desirable
