**Duration: 06 Months Contract with possible extension** **Description:** **Job Title: Idea to Market (I2M) Data Analyst** As an Idea to Market Data Analyst, you will be a key player in driving data excellence across our projects. You will partner with our project manager and cross-functional teams – like Finance, Marketing, Quality, R&D and Global teams – to translate data into actionable insights that fuel growth, improve project performance, and strengthen decision-making. You will own data systems, ensure integrity across I2M tools and reports, and lead data storytelling that enables strong project governance. This is a great opportunity to drive impact of the heart of innovation – supporting teams to deliver the right projects, the right way, at the right time. **In this role, you will:** **Lead I2M Data Tracking and Governance** • Manage data from Mondelez project management tool (Accolade) for project stage gates approvals and financials analysis. • Partner with project management team to set up and maintain reliable tracking tools. • Set up templates and information for ease of use with cross-functional teams • Continuously improve data and governance in collaboration with the I2M US Lead. **Deliver insights for leadership and stakeholders** • Analyze and present data on project data, performance, benefits and costs. • Provide updates to leadership related to Mondelez projects portfolio and performance. • Support critical discussions with fact-based storytelling and visuals. • Develop Power BI and Excel report, based on business requests. **Track financial profiles and KPIs** • Track ATO timelines, budgets and project KPIs across the I2M portfolio. • Drive transparency and accountability through regular reporting. **What you will bring** • Data Management and Analytics expertise. • Business acumen in portfolio/project insights. • Ability to build and influence cross-functional partnerships. • Excellence communication, storytelling and presentation skills. • Bachelor`s degree required (Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field preferred) • Accolade experience is a plus. • Experience in CPG companies is a plus. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
