Job Description

Join our top-tier Bengaluru team as a Marketing Analyst skilled in Power BI and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance from platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and customer insights.Extract and transform data from diverse sources, such as databases, CRM systems, and marketing platforms, to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.Apply programming languages (such as SQL, Python, or R) for querying databases, conducting data analysis, and automating reporting processes.Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful data visualizations and analyses.Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for optimization.Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, conducting analysis on return on investment and attribution modeling to measure efficiency and drive continuous improvement.Stay ahead of industry trends, standard methodologies, and new technologies in data analysis and visualization to improve analytical capabilities and drive innovation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field, with a focus on marketing analytics.Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools, with the ability to build insightful and interactive dashboards.Strong programming skills in languages with experience in data querying, manipulation, and analysis.Experience working with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and extracting data from various sources such as Google Ads.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.Good organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with collaborators at all levels of the organization.
