Role Description:

We’re looking for a high-potential intern to join the Adult Vaccine Marketing team at Our Company. This internship offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, digital content, social media, and cross-functional event coordination – across both consumer and HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support execution of marketing campaigns: preparation, administrative support, onsite assistance, and post-activity reportingAssist in managing social media & content calendar: reviewing, coordinating, and posting across platforms including VeevaInvolve in digital storytelling and visual documentation for our signature initiatives such as Wall of FameContribute to internal newsletters and post-event recaps (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly)Assist with promo material QC, delivery, and vendor arrangement for offline events

KPIs

100% readiness before D-3 of campaign> 90% support satisfaction scoreOn-time content postingReport delivery within 5 working days

Candidate Requirements

Final year student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relation, Science, Medical or any other related backgroundFresh graduates from a top 5 local or reputable international university are welcome.Passionate about marketing, branding, and campaign innovationActive experience in student leadership, freelance/event projects, or part-time workStrong communication skills (verbal & written), adaptable, detail-orientedProficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and creative tools like Canva or Adobe
