The Market Vice President is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth, financial performance, and operational excellence across a defined market (region) within the Senior Community Care. This executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, clinical, network, and partner management functions—to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and successful execution of market initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven, collaborative leader with a solid background in healthcare or senior living operations. They possess exceptional execution skills, financial acumen, and the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment. Experience in managing large teams, driving growth initiatives, and navigating complex operational challenges is essential.

**Hours for this role are Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Strategic Leadership & Execution: Develop and implement market strategies aligned with organizational priorities. Lead planning and execution efforts to meet growth, profitability, and operational goals
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of initiatives. Act as a central liaison between local market teams and corporate functions
+ Financial Oversight: Deliver on market and regional P&L commitments. Monitor and manage key financial indicators including budgets, staffing, medical expenses, and affordability targets
+ Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across multiple departments and staff levels. Recommend staff efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
+ Growth & Business Development: Drive market expansion through strategic partnerships, new business development, and retention strategies. Support gross increases through both same-store growth and new opportunities
+ Project & Resource Management: Lead project planning and execution related to SCC services. Recommend and allocate resources effectively to meet market goals
+ Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and monitor the effectiveness of internal and external processes. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain solid relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to support long-term market success

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, senior living, or a related industry
+ Experience overseeing daily operations across multiple departments and staff levels
+ Experience with health plan operations and value-based contracting in a risk bearing entity
+ Proven success managing P&L and delivering financial results in a complex, multi-site environment
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
+ Proven solid strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence
+ Proven exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
+ Proven expertise in project management and resource allocation, including setting KPIs and driving performance improvement
+ Demonstrated ability to drive affordability and medical expense management initiatives
+ Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in skilled nursing or senior living operations, including regulatory and quality performance knowledge
+ Familiarity with value-based care models and healthcare affordability strategies
+ Background in business development or market expansion, particularly in healthcare or senior services
+ Resident of WI, IL, or OH

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $156,400 to $268,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
