As a Market Transition KYC Analyst within the Markets Transition Management Team, you will collaborate with Markets Sales, Clients, and Internal partners to facilitate the onboarding of clients for trading Markets products. Your role will involve fielding and tracking requests, communicating requirements, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for the client within the targeted timeframe. Your primary objective is to provide an exceptional client experience that aligns with the needs and objectives of the client and Markets Sales. Our team operates globally, supporting clients and Markets Sales in the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Job responsibilities
Focus on client service by building relationships with our client base to offer a primary point of contact for new onboarding requirements and ensure that clients’ requests are managed end-to-end with urgency and control.Liaise with clients across Asia countries and partner with front office sales to obtain up-to-date client onboarding documents and information.Analyze, review, and evaluate client onboarding information and documents to fulfill KYC requirements.Manage stakeholders by building strong relationships with internal partners to facilitate client timelines and continue to improve processes. Serve as the initial point of escalation for internal support teams.Coordinate with compliance and client onboarding teams to identify areas requiring additional investigation.Work on end-to-end onboardings, diverse requests, and account setup. Manage client expectations and liaise with different stakeholders as a single point of contact.Obtain due diligence and screening reports on clients, review issues highlighted, and partner with front office sales to provide disposition as necessary.Manage projects with end-to-end project management accountable to client and business owners. Ensure delivery of fully operational accounts to clients in a timely manner. Problem-solve for bespoke requirements and manage pipelines while coordinating across partner teams globally.Identify solutions, options, and timely escalations to front office sales or other teams to overcome challenges or hurdles faced in the onboarding process.Work to tight deadlines and be accountable for ensuring assigned KYC are completed efficiently.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate KYC / onboarding functions or relevant business partners groupsExperience with KYC in Corporate and Investment BankingKnowledge of industry landscape and breadth of product offering required Knowledge of multiple client types (i.e. Corporates, NBFI, SPV, Trust, Funds etc.)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)Proven ability to solve problems: can listen to client requirements, anticipate possible issues, seek to eliminate, mitigate, and escalate as appropriate.Strong sense of ownership and accountability to client and business leadershipExcellent project management, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to focus and mobilize a team to help attain end goalDemonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and work within tight and changeable timeframes.
