• provide candidate assessments and drive the implementation of appropriate training and development measures
• ensure that the activities of the desk comply with all relevant regulation, policies and standards using full transparency
• be organized, meticulous, and able to handle large volumes of client servicing and meet deadlines
• have an acute sense of risk management and displays a high-standard, risk-based approach when dealing with complex issues
• be empathetic, collaborative, eager to build knowledge in dealing with all clients’ special situations across all markets
