This work is critical to deliver accurate measurement, AI oversight and insights on policy enforcement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in both Global Operations and across Meta to influence the development of policies, protocols, technology, and training. This work will directly impact the experience of Meta’s global network of users and business partners, ensuring our platforms are safe and that our processes are accurate, effective and efficient.
**Required Skills:**
Market Specialist, Sub-Saharan Africa (Swahili / Amharic) Responsibilities:
1. Perform expert review of content and ads on Meta’s platforms against ensuring compliance with our community standards and advertiser policies
2. Gather and deliver market specific insights on Meta’s platforms, developing tailored recommendations to improve Meta’s Integrity outcomes
3. Communicate market specific insights to cross-functional partners to collaborate and improve our policies, processes and tools
4. Partner with vendor operations to ensure that feedback is being shared with relevant teams and proactively track the impact and success of remediation plans
5. Develop and share subject matter expertise across areas of safety abuse and/or account support at global level
6. Contribute to projects that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Expert Review team
7. This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. Bachelor's degree and/or masters or equivalent experience
9. Fluency in English and Swahili or Amharic are essential
10. Willingness to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content
11. Demonstrable experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis
12. Experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners
