Your impact? Thanks to your support, communication between factories, sales companies, and customer service will run smoothly, leading to better delivery performance and improved customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and sales operations teams and take ownership of selected daily coordination tasks, helping us move toward a more **efficient and customer-centric** future. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Daily communication with customer service and factories on supply issues. + Deep diving into data in regards of reliability, working with assigned root causes for delays and working on eliminating systematic issues. + Coordination on supply issues with purchasing, factories, product lines and customer service. + Follow up of shipments, stock. **What We're Looking For** A person applying for this position should be analytical, proactive, precise and collaborative with good problem-solving and communication skills. We require fluency in English (Slovenian language is not needed) and good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. An educational background in logistics is beneficial but not required.
